Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

Noodown collects the following data to provide our monitoring services:

  • Account Data: Name, email address and password (encrypted)
  • Server Data: Name and description of registered servers
  • HTTP Log Data:
    • HTTP Method (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.)
    • Route path
    • HTTP status code
    • Request duration time (in milliseconds)
    • Request timestamp
    • Client IP (optional)
    • User-Agent (optional)
    • Origin, Referer, Host and Content-Type (optional)

Important: We do not collect sensitive data

We do not collect, store or process: input data (request body), output data (response body), authentication tokens, passwords, credit card information or any other sensitive data from your HTTP requests.

2. Data Storage

All collected data is stored securely on our servers. HTTP logs are kept for a maximum period of 2 (two) months from the creation date, after which they are automatically deleted from our system.

Account and server data are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time through the dashboard.

3. Data Use

We use the collected data exclusively for:

  • Providing HTTP log monitoring and analysis services
  • Generating reports and statistics on your applications' performance
  • Sending security notifications and alerts about critical events
  • Improving our services and developing new features
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not share, sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Business Model

Currently, Noodown offers its services for free. However, we reserve the right to implement a paid subscription model in the future.

Advance Notice of Changes

If we decide to implement a paid subscription model, all users will be notified at least 30 (thirty) days in advance via the registered email and dashboard notifications. During this period, you will have the option to continue using the service through subscription or close your account.

5. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction:

  • Password encryption using secure algorithms (bcrypt)
  • JWT-based authentication (JSON Web Tokens)
  • Unique and secure API Keys for each server
  • Secure communication through HTTPS
  • Regular data backups
  • Continuous security monitoring

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data at any time through the dashboard
  • Correct or update your information
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in readable format
  • Revoke your consent at any time

7. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use and privacy policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email and dashboard notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
